John Nicholas "Nick" Peterson was born in 1953 and started his career as a model builder and custom action figure designer. He later progressed to toy prototyping and design for numerous toy companies in the Los Angeles area. Nick was born in Nebraska and raised in Utah and moved to Southern California in the summer of 1969. He now resides in beautiful Riverside California, meth lab capitol of the world and gateway to Banditoland. His main influences when growing up include films like Alien, Predator and the original Universal Monster films. He also has a great love for vintage horror television like The Munsters and The Adam's Family. Recently Nick has found a second career as a Tiki designer using natural resources from the palm frond stem of the Queen Palm Tree. All of Nick’s pieces at this show are made from this material. Each and every piece is a unique original one-of-a-kind creation in concept and design.
